Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of HR duties, including Recruitment, Employee Onboarding/Offboarding, Employee Orientation and Induction, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, etc.
- Liaise with government authorities on work pass, grants and claims-related matters.
- Perform timely and accurate uploading/updating of employee records in company's HR systems (HQ master database, local HR Software).
- Support department/group managers with human resources planning.
- Promote safety and security practices in organisation.
- Participate in/ lead employer branding initiatives and organisation of company events/ activities.
- Undertake ad-hoc HR projects/ duties as assigned by management as and when required.
Requirements
- Above 5 years of relevant experience managing full spectrum of HR duties in MNC environment, with core expertise in Recruitment, Payroll processing and handling government-related matters.
- Degree/ Diploma/ Professional certifiation in HR Management or a related field.
- Work experience in technical industries such as equipment supply and manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and legislations.
- Expatriate management & employee relations experience is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint, knowledge of MS Visio is an added advantage.
- Self-driven and eager to learn, meticulous, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- People-oriented team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to start work at short notice.
