Job Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department & address HR related inquiries from the Operations team
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and arranging interviews
- Maintain employee files and the HR filing system, including data entry for new staff records
- Review and update employee attendance records
- Manage and update employee leave records and status
- Assist with processing applications and renewals for foreign work passes, NS make-up pay claims, as well as medical, dental, hospitalization, surgical, and workmen’s compensation claims
- Coordinate with insurers regarding insurance claims
- Prepare HR-related correspondence, such as appointment and confirmation letters
- Assist in preparing monthly HR reports and statistics
- Participate in various ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with MOM regulations and HR best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Well-organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HR BIPO software would be an added advantage
- Availability to start on short notice is an added advantage
