3. Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarterly/half-yearly and full year closing to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.

4. Be responsible for group consolidation and analysis on consolidated numbers.

5. Review group and subsidiary financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable corporate and statutory reporting requirements.

6. Prepare SGX announcements and deliverables to the board committees.

7. Prepare the group annual report and coordinate with external auditors on issues.

8. Coordinate and review in the preparation of group annual budget and forecast.

9. Review tax computations of the group and its subsidiaries and coordinate with tax agent.

10. Assist in coordination with external auditor, internal auditor, corporate secretary, tax agent and other consultants as and when necessary.

11. Establish, review and improve accounting policies and internal controls.

12. Undertake Digital Transformation project and corporate actions as and when necessary.

13. To assist in the setting up of international operations and oversee the financial functions of present and new overseas operations.

14. To assist in the up of policies and procedures; co-ordinate the activities of the Group’s accounting, finance, MIS and tax matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
• Development and execute effective trade activities to drive sales growth of assigned brands
• Responsible for maintaining and negotiating acceptable trading terms with all key accounts
• Ensure listing strategy for all new products
• Develop and create marketing promotional activities to boost sales
• Provide suggestion or improvement measures on strategic and tactical action plan in response to market changes
• Responsible for Sales Planning and Forecasting activities to support the business.
• Work with sales teams to plan, develop, coordinate and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence analysis
• Monitor and gather feedback on promotional campaigns for improvements
• Work with Sales Manager in identification of new growth opportunities.
• Evaluate new opportunities in researching market size and potential of tie-ups with key accounts.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly sales performance report.
• Ensure correct and proper documentation in all deals with key accounts.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Business Administration/ Sales & Marketing/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Experience in LIFT/ELEVATOR companies
• Has a extensive good network connection
