Job Responsibilities:
· Support Production in daily administrative duties, including report writing, job scheduling, data entry and email corresponding.
· Administrative duties such as excel reporting, email replying, phone calling and coordination work.
· Coordinate within internal departments and external parties to meet operations timeline, customer job requirements, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
· Coordinate operation work plans and monitor work that are carried out accordingly.
· Communicate within internal departments on the work processes and schedule.
· Follow-up on the status of issued job orders
· Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
· At least 1 year or above related working experience as admin assistant, or experience in handling administrative duties
· Candidate without relevant experience will be evaluated based on merit
· Computer literate, with Excel knowledge and hands-on skill is an added advantage
· Willing to learn, able to follow instruction and communicate in proper manner
Able to perform overtime work as and when required
