Responsibilities:

• Follow up on customer enquiries, agents & complaints
• Arrange trucking, transportation & collection
• Co-ordinate & monitor shipment with carriers and clients
• Process custom permit
• Process booking for shipments with shipping lines/consol & prepare shipping documents
• Ensure all cargoes are send in good condition and if any damage shall revert to customer immediately
• Keep Sales Personnel informed about their bookings
• Assist with billing, input job reference and closing jobs
• Support in all aspect of sales and operational activities

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding / Shipping industry.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Portnet
• Preferably specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Role: Customer Service Officer - Call Center

Duration: 12 months contract, renewable based on project / performance

• Attend and respond to incoming Calls, Emails and Call-Back requests, Live Chats (if applicable to the supported Project), within Service Levels and to deliver pleasant Customer Experiences
• Follow-up on all outstanding incidents/cases
• Logged all calls reported into the case management system.
• Maintains and accurately update customer’s enquiry, problem and resolution into the case management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience
• Having good communication skills (speaking and writing)
• Ability to multi-task e.g. on the call and keying in to the ticketing system at the same time. We operate on a leveraging shared model where CSOs/Agents support more than 1 project.
• Interested with policy and procedures, application/eService usage and/or transaction behaviour support in Contact Centre via phone, email, online and digital platform.

Ensure daily posting, claim receipts posting and update receipt in a timely manner.

Ensure billing for each patient (various fees including treatment, admin/service fees, ad hoc

charges like lab test) is completed after each treatment daily.

Ensure timely collection from patient for treatments and services rendered.

Follow up and update any long term and short-term funding bodies and notify both internal

and external customer in a timely manner.

Assist relevant Account Receivables (AR) personnel to notify or update patients and work out payment arrangements with the patients or payor for any delinquent accounts.
