· Engage with current and new clients via email, WhatsApp and social media on a daily basis.

· Interact with clients in-store and assist them with order placements and enquiries.

· Manage orders placed by clients on our website.

· Assist marketing with ideas on new and exciting lead-generating campaigns.

· Curate promos and deals to attract new customers and increase engagement.

· Manage customer feedback and issues with service recovery.

Requirements:

· 1-2 years experience in customer service industry

· Strong communication skills

· Good at multi-tasking

· Well-organised with good time management

· Personable and professional

· Work well in a team environment

Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

5 day work week, Wednesday and Thursday off. 9.30am-6.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions to ensure efficient operation.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Install and set up new equipment according to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to complete service tasks within deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and performed repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Nitec in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working experience as a service technician preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
