Purpose of the Role

About you

You will be responsible for complying with company Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures and ensure the safety of the field employees and users.

Responsibilties

• To help assist with this, you will be required to perform audits and equipment surveys to validate quality and adherence to customer expectations.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your operations meets targets relevant financial and operational key performance targets.
• Manage a pool of technician to run day to day call back and maintenance operation of the assigned portfolio
• Responsible for driving team and individual KPIs as set by the business for both operation and financial impacts.
• You will need to maintain and promote effective team orientated and collaborative working relationships internally and externally.
• You will be responsible for facilitating training or coaching of your mechanics
• Planning, scheduling, and Execution of routine servicing of units under your portfolio. Ensure the performance and availability of the units are as per the required standard
• Address any customer concerns in a timely manner, including communication to the customer and drive closure of the issue
• Plan and execute repair works to up keep the performance of the equipment to meet customer deliverables
• Encourage a customer centric and engaged team culture
• Support the Sales team with repair or upgrade proposal by conducting site visits and providing site information
• You will be required to create a team environment between yourself, field mechanics, and Sales
• You are responsible for ensuring all Company Vehicles, Tools, Equipment and materials are correctly maintained in a safe working order and that proper safeguards against damage or theft are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, assist in investigation and resolving production issues
• Identify and implement continuous process improvement and cost control initiatives
• Trending for process parameters
• Manage capability setup for new equipment and processes
• Carry out tolling review and control and submission of capability declaration
• Handle proper documentation for publication review, worksheet amendments and in-house specifications amendments
• Provide technical support to Operations, ensuring productivity efficiency
• Review, investigate and provide solutions to issues raised by Operation
• Carry out training on repair processes and any other related practices

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent, preferably with experiences in propulsion engines and components MRO facility
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Prior experience in repair processes will be an added advantage
• Familiar with NDT requirements and FAA 45 /EASA 145 regulations

• Able to develop, plan and coordination of all M&E works
• Assis in implementation and review of plans specification
• Monitor Project status and submit progressive report to Project Manager
• Provide solutions for M&E technical issues
• Ensure control of engineering & technical documentation
• Ensure control of product delivery and corrective action implementation, construction machines are properly maintained and all testing/measuring/test equipment are calibrated and controlled
• Plan, orgnize the review and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and others.
• Able to perform value engineering
• Complicance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations

• Diploma/Degree/Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction work
• Able to work shift
• Able to works on Sunday(if necessary)
• 24 Hours on call

Technical Provisioning Engineer

Locations: Central

Salary: Up to $3,000

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm (weekends & PH on standby)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers and third-party providers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensure accurate provisioning and delivery of services based on customer technical specifications.
• Perform comprehensive service testing prior to customer handover.
• Troubleshoot service provisioning issues during activation as needed.
• Collaborate with NOC and Engineering teams to resolve provisioning challenges.
• Handle internal configuration requests and configure network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
• Possesses an interest in Internet Technologies and technologies associated with the ISP market will be an advantage.

Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for Engine MRO operations for Commercial Engines Business Unit

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Oversee all aspects of engine MRO operations for Commercial Engines Business Unit
• Product portfolio comprises of CFM56 and LEAP narrow body aircraft engines
• Drive operational excellence and be accountable for engine on-time delivery and contractual TAT, cost control, productivity hit-ratio metrics as well as quality and safety compliance
• Plan and control engine build plans as well as allocate manpower and resources to meet monthly engine delivery commitments as per customers’ expectations
• Manage engine revenue hours to meet productivity hit-ratio and profit targets
• Ensure compliance of quality standards and regulations laid down by airworthiness authorities and engine OEMs
• Promote a safety culture within the production team and coordinate all environment health and safety issues for the business unit to ensure a safe workplace
• Lead in customer focus teams to liaise with customers and coordinate with various functions such as Sales, Customer Support, Materials and Engineering to ensure customer satisfaction in all engine maintenance programs
• Provide leadership and guidance to a production team of Workshop Engineers, Service Engineers and Technicians

Reporting Relationships:

Reports to Head of Operations, Commercial Engines

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering Degree with at least 3 years relevant experience as Production Manager or Workshop Manager in Aviation Industry
• Knowledge and experience in aircraft engine workshop practices and MRO of gas turbine engines will be a plus
• Knowledge of aviation authority regulations (CAAS, FAA, EASA, CAAC)
• Proven leadership track record with strong ability to drive and deliver results
• Highly motivated and self-directed with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and interact effectively with all operational levels of organization
