JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Management Competencies:
a. International Financial Management: Experience managing finances across different countries and understand the complexities of foreign exchange rates, international financial regulations, and cross-border financial transactions. This includes familiarity with international banking operations, both with global banks and local banks in the UAE, Singapore, Indonesia, India, and others.
b. Strategic Financial Planning:Demonstrate the ability to develop and execute strategic financial plans that align with the company's overall business strategy. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for growth while managing risks.
c. Knowledge of Accounting and Taxation:Essential competencies include a deep understanding of international accounting and oversight of local accounting requirements and the ability to navigate the tax implications of multinational operations. This includes expertise in transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, and the tax regulations in each of the countries where your entities operate.
d. Risk Management and Compliance: Strong background in assessing financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. This includes compliance with international financial regulations and understanding the legal implications of financial decisions.
e. Negotiation and Relationship Management:The ability to negotiate with and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions whilst maintaining a strong professional business partner relationship.
f. Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization and with external partners. This includes the capability to lead the finance and accounting teams, collaborate with other departments, and report to the board of directors.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
a. Demonstrate extensive experience in leading and managing teams, particularly in fast-growing environments.
b. Ability to thrive within a matrix organizational structure, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across departments and regions.
3. Auditor and Vendor Coordination:
a. Coordinate and collaborate with auditors and vendors, facilitating smooth commercial negotiations for Completion products as necessary.
4. Banking and Working Capital Management:
a. Maintain strong relationships with banks and lenders, overseeing the management of working capital for the organization.
b. Supervise and oversee regular financial reporting and the closing of books of accounts, working closely with the broader finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Legal Entity Management:
a. Manage the Indian legal entity from a financial perspective, providing strategic guidance to the leadership group to support the continued rapid growth of Completion Products.
6. International Experience:
a. Possess overseas experience working with multiple entities of the same company, ideally in locations such as Singapore, the UAE, the USA, and Europe.
7. Ensure compliance and best practices in asset management, CAPEX, Inventory, Cash etc
8. Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.
9. Adheres company’s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.
10. Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.
11. Promote and participate in company-wide or departmental programs such as:
· Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing
· Social Activities

1. Must complete minimum training required specified in Employee Qualification and OJT Form No. S 1-026F.

QUALIFICATION GUIDE
1. Education : Preferably a Chartered Accountant (CA) of MBA in Finance.
2. Communication : Fluent both in oral and written English Language
3. Experience :
a. Possess a minimum of 12+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of financial management across multiple country locations with individual P&L and consolidation of reports.
b. Strong experience in working with local and international banks, providing recommendations on financial instruments for each entity and at the overall corporate level.
4. Computer Literacy : Knowledge of accounting package and proficient with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
