Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Franchise Building
· Sourcing of new business partners to increase referrals to the bank.
· Alliance Building with Internal and external key partners / Introducers/ Vendors
· Empanelment & review of Introducers / developers / Business Partners
· Creating product awareness
· Obtain consensus from stakeholders on displaying marketing collaterals at their premises
· Explore opportunities for tie up / referrals
· Work closely with Product to be the bridge between them and sales
Vendor Management
· To build and ensure effective working relationship with external vendors
· Source and retain a feasible and reliable vendors
· Negotiate better deals on behalf of the bank through consolidation and empanelment of vendors
Invoicing & Payments
· Ensure the teams had submitted all quotations for approval timely
· Finance had processed all invoices payment on a monthly basis through budget tracker
· Work with Central Marketing & Finance to ensure all spends are accrued
· To be in charge of the monthly Dashboard
Governance
· To keep updated on product/ workflow procedures & ensure full compliance with operational risks/ control
· Ensure fulfillment of role that obligations to prevention of money laundering under the Group Policy and Standards and under local laws and regulations are complied with
· Ensure processing and decision making are compliant with Departmental Operating Instructions and within the timelines and accuracy standards specified
· Uphold the values of the group & company at all times
· Ensure compliance with all applicable rules / regulations and company group policies
Our Ideal Candidate
· Education: Diploma and above
· 5 plus years of experience in Tele sales in banking domain.
· Experience in sourcing of new business partners to increase referrals to the bank.
· Creating product awareness
