What A Senior Director, Corporate Banking and AI does at VISA:

As a Senior Director, you will lead, grow and deliver the strategy, business, team and financials for VCA's Asia Pacific Commercial Banking and Strategy Practice Area. The Research Associate will be based in the Centre for Sustainable Finance Innovation (CSFI) of Nanyang Business School and will be responsible for developing preliminary data analysis to measure and price risks arising from climate change suitable for each company so that climate risk can be managed by companies and hedged by investors.

The Research Associate's activities are designed to provide a nuanced understanding of how climate change is discussed and documented within the corporate world. By bridging technology and environmental science, the role aims to enhance the strategic responses to climate risks, tailor interventions, and ultimately contribute to the sustainability goals of the region. Key Responsibilities:

• Use computational linguistic tools and machine learning techniques to analyze discussions on climate change in corporate social responsibility reports, conference call transcripts, and the Management Discussion and Analysis section of companies’ annual reports.
