Job ​Responsibilities

- Origination and execution of DCM transactions

- Keeping abreast of industries, companies and comparable transactions

- Preparing market updates, client pitches, internal memos and other internal/external documentation

- Assisting with client pitching, due diligence, internal approvals, structuring, execution, pricing and invoice/payment

- Working together with DCM syndicate, FI team and other internal/external stakeholders

- Other tasks assigned by the department head

Job Requirements

- Degree in business, banking or finance

- 1-2 years of relevant experiences in DCM origination and execution

- Knowledge of lending and credit analysis

- Highly motivated team player and a quick leaner

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Chinese proficiency preferred

- CMFAS Representative license in corporate finance advisory/dealing in capital markets products (securities) preferred

- Interest in China’s capital markets products/services preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Sales team to achieve sales target & manage customer experience
• Serving and increasing sales from existing key accounts
• Generate and develop new key accounts

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual is preferred or equivalent
• Must have minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with good sales track record
• Must have experience in a project-based, development of customised solutions sales environment
• Must have the keen interest in sales management and have the leadership trait
• Must have the experience for either of these solutions: Audio & Visual, videoconferencing, telephony solutions
• Experience in managing key accounts in Enterprise market, especially in Technology, Manufacturing & FSI

Sales Engagement and Conversion

• Collaborating with Relationship Managers to meet the targeted number of referrals and conversions.
• Conducting regular training sessions, workshops, and case studies to educate Relationship Managers on product knowledge, insurance propositions/pitches, processes, and the introduction of new ideas.
• Generating ideas and implementing action plans to enhance sales activity and address other pertinent financial drivers.

This role is well-suited for individuals currently situated in the offshore sector or those seeking a transition within the offshore banking segment. Ideally, candidates should possess 4-6 years of banking experience, with a specific emphasis on High Net Worth (HNW) clients and UL products.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage a full spectrum of account duties, including recording and posting of transactions in the appropriate accounts, process accounts payables/receivables (AP/AR), depreciation, cost, and operating expenses.
• Staff claim vetting/processing, monthly CPF filling and quarterly GST Filling and other reporting required on an ad hoc basis
• Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
• Maintain / improve a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist Finance Manager in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
• Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting.
• Responsible for bookkeeping and smooth operation of AR and AP.
• Produce accurate financial statements and reports as requested by Finance Manager to specific deadlines.

• Assist with frontline finance emergency issues to ensure smooth operations on a day-to-day basis.
