Compensation & Benefits Manager
Job Overview:
The Manager of Compensation and Benefits will be responsible for leading through analysis, development, evaluation and implementation of the organization’s compensation and benefits plans. Set forth and execute departmental goals by providing vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for HRIS while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future needs within the Human Resource Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation and administration of all competence and benefit programs;
- Research innovative compensation methodology, industry trends and technology to benchmark against company practices, analyse appropriate salary and wage survey information;
- Provide human capital consulting to clients within the organisation in the development of HR solutions through the alignment of business strategies and HR initiatives to achieve overall organizational objects;
- Coordinate the development and implementation of programs, research studies and other initiatives to identify best practices and process improvements to promote functional efficiency and productivity;
- Any other HR tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or related discipline;
- At least 5 years in C&B experience;
- Proven skills in planning and organizing, communications, teamwork, creativity and innovations are necessary;
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication and computer skills;
- Requires strategic thinking and the ability to identify trends and emerging issues in HR / C&B developments.
