As a member of the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance (“LAF”) team in Singapore, you will be responsible for the credit analysis, financial modelling, debt structuring and due diligence for Financial Sponsor and complex corporate transactions. What will your day look like?

As an Associate Director/ Senior Manager, Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
