Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Or
• Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

About the Communications & Partnership (C&P) Department:
The Department centralises the organisation’s fundraising efforts, coordinates, pitches, and secures private funding from corporate partners/ donors. C&P engages its key stakeholders such as the volunteers, donors and corporate partners to sustain the organisation’s programmes and services.
