Job Description

• Oversee and manage selected outlet’s chief chefs and kitchen staffs
• Recruiting of new staffs for outlets
• Ensure proper SOPs and HACCP standards are carried out

Our client is hiring a Leasing & Facilities Executive to support operations. Office location at Aljunied. This is a permanent post.

Responsibilities:

Attend to all facilities related issues to ensure that properties are in tenantable condition.

• To schedule maintenance works
• Plan projects upgrading works and renovation
• Review maintenance contract specifications for necessary approval by the head of departments
• Conduct inspection of all properties to ensure that they are in good condition

Job Descriptions:

1. Management reports:

• Renew of business registration with ACRA before expiry date.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
• To have basic knowledge on Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST.
