Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years work experience in Housekeeping Operations.
• Has a minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level education.
• Possesses leadership qualities.
• Team Player.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Committed and able to lead a team of Guest Service Agents.
• Pleasant disposition.

How your work day looks like:

• Cleaning of room and bathroom according to the set standards and instructions established
• Checking of linen quality and control linen damage
• Ensure proper usage of chemicals, cleaning equipment and materials
• Make up bed and turn down according to standards set
• Maintain cleanliness of the corridors and hallways
• To keep pantry on respective floor clean and tidy
• Ensure all equipment, supplies and linen in pantry are well maintained and stocked according to par level
• Maintain a high level of guest service and ensure rapid and professional response to all guest requests
• Report any maintenance deficiencies in the guestrooms
• Updating of room status and report any discrepancies
• Turn in any lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office according to established procedures
• Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned (e.g. fire warden)
