2. Good ‘O’ levels results

3. 1-2 years’ experience in Hr & Accounting

4. Mon-Fri (in office) at City Hall / Bugis MRT area

We are looking for passionate team players to join our HR & Admin team. You will be responsible for office administrative and operational tasks in high collaboration with internal teams & external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service in response to HR, Admin or general inquiries/ request.
• Work closely with HR Manager by providing necessary support in maintaining HR policies, internal workflows, processes, HR & administrative matters.
• Administer leave system and annual insurance renewal.
• Assist in recruitment process with sourcing, screening and arranging interviews.
• Manage onboarding processes and off boarding processes.
• Handle MOM pass application, renewal and cancellation process.
• Maintain employee P-file storage.
• Support in employee welfare, recognition and office day to day activities.
• Provide relevant support as necessary and other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or Business-related qualification.
• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity.
• People oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong understanding of statutory regulations, employment act, tripartite guidelines.
• Self-driven with high degree of professional integrity.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Meticulous, diplomatic, adaptable and ability with multiple task.
