JOB SUMMARY:
The key objective of the role is to ensure the successful implementation of the ERP system by providing expert level support and guidance to users.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· · Serve as the subject matter expert on ERP HR systems and processes.
· Identify process improvements and system enhancements to support business needs.
· Ensure system design, configurations are as per the industry best practices
· Lead requirements gathering, process solutioning and serve as the IT partner to manage global HR requirements
· Manage third party vendors and related discussions
· Configure, test and implement ERP HR system changes.
· Manage HR specific interfaces and liaise with functional teams to facilitate the global rollout
· Manage data migration for new ERP HR implementations or upgrades.
· Develop training materials and provide user training on ERP HR system changes.
· Write detailed documentation of ERP HR processes and configurations both within and outside ERP HR system
· Monitor system performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
· Provide maintenance support with inhouse support (Tier 1 and Tier 2) for ERP HR users experiencing technical issues.
· To carry out regular maintenance and updates of the ERP HR system include coordination with technical team for patches, updates
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
· Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM etc. is preferred
· Minimum 5 years of Global ERP HR systems hands on experience including strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and SAP S4 HANA interfaces
· Highly proficient user of MS-Excel, Google Sheet, Google Docs and MS-Word.
· Experience with SQL programming and/or MS SQL database and experience with API and programming desirable
· Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
