Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day aspects of Human resource function - recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, policy and planning etc

Job Requirement:

Job scope

Perform general administrative duties such as bank-in cheques, filing, controlling and maintaining of documents, mailing of documents

Perform IR21, IR8A for workers

Monitor and follow up on staffs’ probation, confirmation, appraisal or promotion

Office admin support and general administration such as air ticket purchase, accommodation and transportation arrangement

Performance Appraisal and implement company handbook

Handle Petty cash claims

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated and familiar with company policies and culture.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance on company policies and Singaporean labor laws.
• Drive employee engagement and satisfaction through various initiatives, including team-building activities.
• Support managers in handling performance issues and developing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Administer employee benefits programs, including CPF contributions, health insurance, and other statutory benefits.
