Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience

Qualification

Degree in HR Management or equivalent

Pre-requisites

• Conversant in English, both spoken & written
• Conversant with Singapore legislation e.g. Employment Act
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Must have the “Can do!” attitude
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Assist full spectrum of HR functions and administrative matters
• Handle recruitment and training activities
• Handle monthly payroll administration
• Maintain accurate records in the HR system and employees' personal files
• Handle foreign work pass applications and renewals
• Verify and process work injury compensation claims, insurance and medical claims
• Assist in market survey from MOM and various HR related surveys
• Prepare and submit government related claims
• Prepare HR letters (employment contract, confirmation, annual increment and bonus etc)
• Perform other HR/Admin duties as and when assigned

Recruitment

• Handle recruitment processes such as posting job listings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding employees

Payroll

• Perform monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, submission of tax clearance.
• Create and maintain accurate employee’s data in PayBoy payroll software.

Work Passes & Insurance

• Application, renewal, cancellation, updates in OFWAS.
• Purchase on foreign worker medical insurance

Government Claims

• Administer government-related grants and claims, such as for Maternity leave, Child Care leave, NS Make-up pay etc.

Employee Claims

• Process and review employee claims before handover to the finance department.

Performance Review

• Support in conducting performance reviews with stakeholders.

Other HR duties

• Provide administrative support, attend to HR inquiries and prepare HR letters.
• Maintain and update staff records , administration of leave, staff resignation, termination etc

Company Activities

• Assist in organising company events and social activities

Office Management

Office Maintenance

• Coordinate with service providers for office maintenance, including cleaning, air conditioning servicing, and replenishing supplies.

Office Safety Compliance

• Ensure office safety and compliance, including fire extinguisher renewal and LEW services.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in the spoken-Chinese language is a plus to communicate with Chinese-speaking senior employees
• Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in HR.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
