Roles & Responsibilities after completion of Aircraft Maintenance Technician (ACMT) training:

• Receive comprehensive training on the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of aircraft engines.
• Assist experienced technicians in the disassembly, assembly, and inspection of aircraft engines.
• Learn and follow procedures for cleaning, grinding, and polishing engine components.
• Assist in conducting measurements and inspections to ensure components meet specifications.
• Participate in engine testing and performance checks to identify any issues or abnormalities.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and diagnose engine problems.
• Assist in the installation and removal of engine parts, including seals, bearings, and gaskets.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including repairs and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all engine maintenance tasks.
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills through training and on-the-job learning.

• 14 months traineeship + 24 months bond upon completion of traineeship
