Responsibilities

· Be current and knowledgeable in HR legislations, Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.

· To administer compliance, control and educate stakeholders on HR policies and legislations.

· Support in manpower planning.

· Administer, collate, tabulate data and manage target setting and performance appraisal alongside with functional heads.

· Support Employee Relations initiative to foster team cohesion, teamwork and productivity.

· Manage on-boarding program and off-boarding program.

· Demonstrated experience in Payroll.

· Engage in dormitory Planning to optimize dormitory occupancy for operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

· Investigate and resolve disciplinary issues and grievances.

· Define and maintain current and accurate data for compliance and operation efficiency.

· Prepare essential documents and letters.

· Tabulate and generate relevant reports for management and relevant authorities for decision making.

· Process Annual Leave, Home Leave and etc.

· Support the implementation of change initiatives and projects to advance HR best practices from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

· Diploma/Degree

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resource management

· Excellent interpersonal and people management skills

· Effective in both verbal and written communication

Responsibilities:

• Formulates project objectives through a comprehensive examination of tender requirements and specifications.
• Identifies project phases and tasks, assigns team members accordingly, and obtains quotations from suppliers to fulfill project responsibilities.
• Examines product design, customer requirements, and performance standards to determine project specifications.
• Develops the project schedule by analyzing the project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Monitors project progress, coordinates activities, and resolves issues to ensure the project schedule is maintained.
• Oversees the project plan, reviewing design, specifications, and any changes to the plan and schedule.
• Manages project budget expenditure by controlling costs and expenses.
• Prepares detailed project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Requirements:

• Possess Class 3 driving license.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in managing projects in Commercial Vehicle / Automotive industry.
• Able to apply Project Management tools and methodology.
• Proficient knowledge in AutoCAD software & Microsoft Office.
