The Position

• Develop a Vision for Supply Chain in Singapore to support the future business needs.
• Leading and driving the evolution of the supply chain organisation and to make the appropriate changes as needed.
• Optimise the operational flows (including inventory planning and control); develop and implement best practices.
• Formulate the strategies on waste management (i.e. optimise purchase, consumption and recycling)
• To elevate the QC and ASS function and to make it a strategic enabler in elevating our customer experience and to bring them back to the boutiques for repeated purchase
• Being at the forefront in leveraging innovation to elevate the services and support provided to the House in achieving its Vision and Mission
• To provide the tools and resources required in supporting the e-commerce and digital initiatives of the House
• To develop and grow our talents and to strive for a highly engaged workforce
• Provide coaching to the next generation leaders of the Supply Chain function on their leadership skills and elevating their knowledge to cope with their day-to-day works and challenges
• Act as a key partner with supply chain regional teams to ensure the most effective supply chain model for Chanel in Singapore.
• Partner the business divisions to enhance operations, inventory management and controls and drive financial health.

What you can bring to the team

• You will be an experienced Supply Chain Leader with a minimum of 15 years’ experience gained from sizeable multinational companies.
• Innovative and willing to think out of the box and with the courage in trying out new way of doing things
• Strong influencing skill along with an analytical & people-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build a good relationship and partnership with people from different levels in the organization and with different styles
• Able to demonstrate good business acumen and sensitive to the changes in the external business, economic and people environment
• Be a people leader and able to demonstrate the passion in developing people and in taking care of their well-being
