About the Role

Project Coordinators are based in each of our scientific divisions and support with a wide range of administrative, project coordination and scientific tasks. These divisions are broadly described as Evidence Development, Medical Communications and Market Access. The Project Coordinator will be primarily based in our Evidence Development division, but will work cross-divisionally, giving them the opportunity to explore a wide variety of project types and responsibilities.

The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator role are varied. In a typical week, the majority of your time will be spent overseeing the delivery of scientific work to our clients in the healthcare sector, with responsibility for the smooth running of projects. What is the Difference Between the Project Coordinator and the Analyst/Medical Writer Roles?

Analysts, Medical Writers and Project Coordinators share a similar level of responsibilities; however the roles do differ significantly in terms of daily duties.

Analysts and Medical Writers conduct detailed analyses of scientific data to create a variety of materials that are presented to, and used by, our clients.

Whilst working on the same projects across a variety of disease areas, Project Coordinators use their scientific knowledge to provide project management support and administrative help to project teams, allowing the timely delivery of high quality work. Job description

1. Plan the Project schedule and ensure that the work schedules are executed as planned.

Role Summary

The Project Manager in the cybersecurity team (SMEE) will be responsible for the successful implementation of ICT infrastructure/ Cyber-security projects from contract award to system commissioning and/or service support and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of experience (as project manager or technical project manager) and proficient in project management (Cloud System Environment) with proven track record of completing multi-million dollar IT projects from contract award to system commissioning within a technically complex and demanding environment.

Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer (ELV/ Security System)

• Co-ordinate and work closely with the external parties and customers to plan, organize and execute the project related activities.
• Assist the manager in engineering works such as system designing, documentation, testing & commissioning (T&C) for ELV and security systems.
• Plan and develop the project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop efficient mechanisms to track the project progression in the field and update the schedules regularly to ensure that the activities are progressed within the schedules timelines.
• Responsible for all work site activities such as coordination and supervision works related to engineering works and systems design.
• Ensure timely completion of all the assigned projects particularly the T&C schedules.
• Responsible for project management related activities which include attend work site meetings, job coordination, system designs etc.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Security System and ELV Systems e.g. PA system, Fire Alarm System, CCTV system, Card Access, Structure Cabling & etc.
• Familiar with BIM (Navisworks) and/or AutoCAD.
• Able to manage project cycle independently with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge in underground cabling work will be an added advantage.

• Oversee FP&A team to ensure timely and accurate data is updated and maintained
• Lead FP&A team in completing and analysing company’s financial, such as P&L Analysis, cost variance analysis and budget vs. actual performance analysis
• Perform financial analysis/modelling, such as cash flow forecast, project evaluations, cost benefit calculations, and investment appraisals.
• Using Microsoft Excel to build financial models for strategic scenario analysis.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Job Description

The Business Support Associate will be responsible for ensuring that the Singapore Wealth Management team’s operations align with the investment framework, conduct key control assessments, manage business rules, and support the ongoing development of the wealth management platform and product offerings. Key activities include:

• Conducting key control adequacy assessments to identify risk and recommending improvement for governance and operational integrity
• Performing quality checks on trade orders and CRM evaluations to maintain compliance and operational standards
• Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the investment/ wealth management framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Managing updates to platform rules and communication changes for internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal standards
• Providing ongoing support to wealth advisors by preparing reports to ensure client portfolio align with investment objectives and reviewed in timely manner
• Participating in process/ platform enhancements to drive greater efficiency and productivity for the SG WM business
• Contributing to the wider development of the WM proposition for the SG branch active engagement product development and platform build initiatives
• Collaborating with other departments in the SG branch in order to farther achievement of branch goals whilst promoting SG WM goals

Job Requirements

• With at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Understanding of Wealth Management business operations, governance, risk management principles
• Experience in business support role within wealth management
• Familiarity with investment/ wealth management framework
• Understanding of the Wealth Management industry and associated products including capital market flow and structured products, OTC derivatives, managed fund solutions, alternative investments, etc.
