Responsibilities:
• Assist Senior Project Manager or Project Manager during planning and supervising work on site.
• Ensure the work goes on track.
• Provide information of construction planning and coordinate works to subcontractors, client and consultants.
• Supervise and guide the workers to achieve requirement.
• Critical thinking and problem solving for incoming issues.
• Analyze the upcoming risk from the workplace or work processes and minimize impact within the construction activities.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in the coordinator of work for the on-going project.
• Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
• Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality.
• Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance
• Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project.
• Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise.
• Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedies through appropriate solutions.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirement
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Min 2-3 years Assistant Project Manager on Construction company experience
• Good interpersonal skill
• Strong troubleshooting skill and analytical mind

Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 6pm.

Job Description:
Prepare, plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project and site work
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are properly filed including documenting the projects with photos
Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractor to perform on site work.
Perform site surveys, produce site drawings, and schedule works
Participate in site meetings with clients/ subcontractor/ suppliers and propose improvements if necessary
Liaise with clients’ representatives with regards to all site matters.
Budget by monitoring and controlling expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
Observe proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site
Responsible for the collection of project advance payment, progress payment and settlement payment
In charge of the overall management of the project, including construction period, cost, work progress, quality, safety, construction regulation
Ensure compliance to all governmental and building regulations
Attend project tender site show-round and tender briefing
Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment rules and regulations, as well as Quality and Progress at project worksite

Job Description:
• Source for early projects leads through various channels eg. BCI, cold calls and make sales presentations.
• Work on price proposals and tenders for direct projects.
