Environment

We are managing works with duration between 6 to 12 months. It is a fast-track environment with many stakeholders and sometimes conflicting interest to manage. As our contracts are short duration and overlap, the candidate is expected to manage a few sites at the same time.

The Work

The Office

We work from Mon to Fri (9 am to 6 pm) with the occasional site visit on Saturday (half day). There are some night meetings to attend to, usually between 7-10 pm. The meetings are mostly through remote and can be done from home. Occasionally our physical presence is required.

• Responsible for achieving individual & team sales target
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Head of Sales
• Build strong relationship with Architects, Developers and Main Contractors
• Creating product awareness to Architects and Developers for specifications of products into project tenders.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Project planning and management
• Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of project works on site
• Liaise with logistic department on the delivery of purchased items for project
• Inspect, resolve and monitor rectification works
• Assist and support project management team for project progress claim and final account

job requirement

• Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project sales or related
• Preferably come from the building materials/construction related background
• Candidates with good networks with the decision-makers of project developers, designers, architects, contractors, sub-contractors, door makers and supplier are highly desirable
• Excellent experience in door hardware’s solution in project sales sector is preferred
• Skilled in MS office applications i.e., EXCEL and PPT

• Monitor & ensure that the quality of works meets stipulated standards & specifications.
• Monitor progress of works & plan resources accordingly to meet project schedules.
• Monitor & control costs & budgets.
• Supervise site supervisors & formen & solve problems during the course of works.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engrg / Building certified or equivalent and recognised by the PE Board of S'pore
• with min. 5 yrs working experience, with 3 yrs in structural steelworks fabrication erection.
• Computer literate & proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel & Project Management softwares; and have working knowledge of Autocad.
• Able to interpret & understand technical (architectural & structural) drawings.
• Possess a positive working attitude, confident & able to work independently.
