The Project Manager will oversee the management of all renovation & construction projects for the organisation’s expansion. These projects include working on commercial factory/manufacturing spaces and retail outlets.

He/She is responsible for defining project scopes, objectives, plans, schedules, budgets and performance measuring criteria to ensure that the completion of project deliverables is in accordance with the required standards and expectations.

He/She will be required to handle commercial building Addition & Alteration (A&A) work. He/She also leads project reviews to identify synergies and areas of improvements.

Requirements

• Have relevant experience in interior fit-out projects of a minimum of 2 years, experience in the F&B and/or Manufacturing industry preferred
• Have experience in Client, Contractor, Supplier, and Consultant management
• Effective in vital project scheduling knowledge
• Able to read detailed fit-out drawings/floor plans and have good knowledge of M&E works
• Detail-oriented and able to provide quality control reviews of documentation and must

• Maintain monthly inventory levels and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Analyze business risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation plans.
• Act as the first escalation point for supply disruptions and provide administrative support.
• Build strong relationships with teams, suppliers, and partners.
• Conduct forecast checks, collaborate with commercial teams to improve demand accuracy.

Continuous Improvement/Reporting:

• Collaborate with commercial teams to reduce market returns and minimize business waste.

Gatekeeper for iGate Stage gate process – ensure templates are populated correctly and ready for iGate executive review and approve. Relay decisions and outcomes from iGate executive to relevant parties across regions
• Manage all iGate communications across all regions and evolve iGate process in line with company needs as needed and work with project managers and innovation leads to populate aggregate iNova NPI portfolio tracker, Project status reports (RAG review) and NPD grids. Arrange ad hoc iGate training as/when required across regions
• Coordinator for pre-iGate Triage forums. Responsibilities

• Responsible for growth in market share within assigned sales territory (India)
• Manage customers' expectations with quick response to customers' queries
• Provide technical consultation to customers' requirements
• Develop and manage relationship with customers
• Prepare costing, quotation and technical proposal
• Support and lead assigned projects
• Develop and identify business potentials
• Perform market potential analysis and competitor analysis
• Propose and implement sales strategy to meet company's growth and revenue plan
• Able to work with partnership company from India
• Other duties or projects, as assigned

Requirements

• 5 – 7 years’ experience in automotive electronics industry
• Sales / Business development experience in automotive industry
• Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests
• Goal-oriented and extremely hard working
• Self-driven, independent and enthusiastic to succeed
• Capable of collaborating with teams and achieving results
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Proactive, extrovert personality, team player & goal focus
• Ability to work under pressure in a structured environment
• Willingness to travel within Asia, especially India and China
• Business development and sales experience in automotive industry with Indian customers is a plus
