Job Description:
• Ensure smooth operation of project flow from start to end.
• Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. • Understand Project plans and Specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
• Read and extract bill of quantity from drawings.
• Drafting of AutoCAD drawing, layout drawing, shop drawing & electrical line diagram.
• Regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
• Manage Project Payment Claim.
• Follow up on project and work schedule.
• Maintain control of all project submission and documentation.
• Monitor fabrication and production progress.
• Maintain/update project records.
• Assist the project team with site safety documentation and coordination.

• Creating and distributing project closeout material, as-build drawings, O and M manuals to owner once project is complete

Roles & Responsibilities

• To assist Director in the daily execution of work.

• To supervise and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of renovation projects

• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

Job Description:
Prepare, plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project and site work
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are properly filed including documenting the projects with photos
Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractor to perform on site work.
Perform site surveys, produce site drawings, and schedule works
Participate in site meetings with clients/ subcontractor/ suppliers and propose improvements if necessary
