OBJECTIVE:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Transformation Executive to lead and implement initiatives that enhance our digital capabilities, streamline business processes, and promote sustainability across the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring our company remains competitive, efficient, and environmentally responsible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Digital Transformation:
   • Develop and execute digitalization strategies
   • Identify opportunities for digital tools and automation to improve operational efficiency.
   • Manage the integration and adoption of technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics into business processes.
   • Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of digital solutions.
2. Business Process Improvement:
   • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify areas for enhancement.
   • Develop and implement process improvement plans aimed at increasing productivity
   • Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
   • Regularly review and audit business processes to ensure they are optimized and up-to-date.
3. Sustainability Initiatives:
   • Develop and implement strategies to integrate sustainable practices into business operations, working together with consultants.
   • Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics such as energy consumption, waste reduction, and carbon footprint.
   • Ensure that we hit our objectives for Environmental, Social & Governance initiatives in the company
   • Work towards achieving ISO14001 certification and ensure compliance.
4. Project Management:
   • Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to digital transformation, process improvement, and sustainability.
   • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope.
   • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
   • Prepare detailed reports on the progress and impact of digital transformation, process improvement, and sustainability initiatives.
   • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and initiatives for future reference.
5. Training and Development:
   • Organize and conduct training sessions to educate employees on new digital tools and sustainable practices.
   • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Preferably with 2-3 years’ experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, and sustainability.
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, with a strong understanding of automation and data analytics.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Assist with technology greenfield projects and represent the organization at exhibitions and conferences.
• Oversee the seamless implementation of products and engage with customers and suppliers effectively.
• Uphold professionalism and consistently follow company regulations and policies.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Bio-Tech/Bio-Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on project work experience in Medical Product industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications and Presentations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program both internal and external shows/events for venues (Theatre, Studios, Outdoor spaces).
• Manage and maintain relationship with hirers, ensuring that their requirements and expectations are met.
• Liaise with internal business units such as M&E, Estate Management, Security, etc to ensure that hirers' requirements are fulfilled.

• Acquire precious metals, including catalytic converters, Gold & Silver within Singapore and other countries, evaluating purchasing decisions with a focus on cost efficiency to ensure profitable business transactions
• Understand the business and marketing needs for precious metals recycling
• Utilize handheld X-ray fluorescence (XRF) technology to analyze Platinum Group Metals in catalytic converters as a preliminary gauge for procurement
• Define solutions for marketing to meet client requirements
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams for quality and timely marketing campaigns
• Attend trade events, industry conferences, and networking activities to expand professional network, stay updated on market trends and regulations, and promote services
