The BA Analyst is the primary contact in REC IT for SAP S/4HANA functional areas and its related integrations. This person is responsible to provide solutions for business needs & support day-to-day operations. Job Scope:

• Support as the engineering liaison between the company, customers, principals and contractors
• Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve an “on-time” result including follow-up with principal/suppliers
• Attend project meetings to collect and disseminate information pertaining to projects to relevant parties
• Follow up and report On-site and Off-site project management and progress
• Update and follow up of project progress, schedule, safety and administrative matters
• Conduct and prepare risk assessment & management pertaining to the department project programs & activities
• Attend to after sales warranty, consignment, technical queries and support for both principals and customers

The Senior Project Engineer reports to the Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager for project activities and ensures that proper engineering works are being carried out.

Responsibility

• Reviews contractual specifications, drawings and required design inputs to help establish list of engineering documents to be produced
• Briefs new project or engineering employees on work instructions and procedures relating to their jobs
• Is responsible for preparing project schedule plan for Project/Asst. Project Manager to help monitor the progress or project completion

Responsibilities:

· Manage the Standards Development Committees and its Working groups in addressing various standardisation issues for the chemical and related industries. This includes scheduling of meetings, writing meeting minutes, managing partners such as industry practitioners, government regulators, other stakeholders etc. and following up on various initiatives and work plans put forth by the committees.
