• provide first-level systems support to users within the Asia Pacific Region and when necessary, coordinate the second and third-level support from the Global headquarters to resolve and address issues and requirements.
• Monitor the progress of tickets for quality, performance, maintainability, and scalability through the Omni Tracker tool.

What you should bring along

• a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Procurement or any related field with at least eight years of experience in process management or a similar role.
• solid experience and knowledge of SAP ERP (MM) with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
• has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• has excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• is proficient in process mapping tools and data analysis techniques.
