• Understand the impact of key strategic areas to formulate a robust growth plan for the company, including opportunity potential, competitive landscape, customer needs, positioning and differentiation strategy, regulatory landscape, market risks, capability gaps and investment requirements, among others.
• Conduct targeted analysis from time to time, to help identify new opportunities for growth (e.g. new product segments, customer groups or target geographies) and craft strategic initiatives required to explore these opportunities.

Key Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.

2. At least 10 years of experience in management consulting/ corporate advisory/ financial analyst or experience working on strategic initiatives in the future mobility, automotive or other aligned sectors such as industrial /consumer products, technology.
