• fully manage the 8 seaters sake bar from 12-9pm. Operating hours Monday to Sunday. (1 weekend off)
• Responsible to serve and recommend beverage of the month to customers at 8 seaters bar counter. Pouring, serving drinks, cleaning and ensure the tidiness of the bar, managing bar operations. Deliver excellent customer services according to company's standards and ensure company's standards of service are consistently executed at all times.

• Attire: All black. Black top/ black bottom or black dress. Required own black sweater or jacket as bar area temperature is cold
• No wearing of face mask during operating hours.

Working hours

You will be in charge of packing and dispatch of all online orders and managing warehouse inventory & attending to customer's emails

• Managing inventory, quality check and stock count.
• Unpack cargo shipments weekly
• Dispatching all online orders
• Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
• Handle and resolve customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle and process customer's exchanges and returns efficiently.
• Provide support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

- Process monthly payroll and ensuring all payroll is processed accurately and on time. (Around

100 headcount)

- Ensure payments are in accordance with MOM Employment Law & all the regulatory guidelines.

- Submission of Form IR21 for tax clearance , employee yearly Income Tax - Form IR8A, CPF

submission, NS make-up claims and submission of FWL wavier.

- Prepare monthly payroll reports & salary reconciliation.

- Application, Renewal and Cancellation of Work Permits.

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

- At least 2 year experience in a similar position

- Able to multi-task and work under tight datelines

- Meticulous, proactive, resourceful and self-driven with positive mindset

- Competent in MS Office especially in Excel.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently as well as in a team

- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (to liaise with associates)

- 5 day week (nearest MRT: Clementi and Jurong East)
