• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients for projects execution.
• Work with internal customer service teams regarding order entry, technical issues & customer delivery.
• Support project deliveries including order tracking, gathering feedback, scheduling of meetings, as well as the arrangement of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) if necessary.
• Collaborate with finance & commercial team for invoicing matters, project schedules & monthly forecasts.

About the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with working experience.
• 2-3 years of working experience in customer support, contract or project management function.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suites & SAP.
• 10% of travelling is required for this role.

Job Objective:

· Execute of products specification and oversees their life cycles.

TECHNICAL SERVICE and PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

● Assist with troubleshooting of technical issues reported by customers

● Assist with preparation of test reports for product issues and/or routine used oil testing

● Assist to prepare product and technical related presentations and training

● Liaise with supplier on technical developments within the industry

● Research and assist in sourcing of additives (new / replacement / non-common specifications) with assistance from QA department

● Assist with formulation modifications to current products according to required changes to improve product quality

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

● Analyse properties and characteristics of existing products against other products in the market

● Support the development of new products, based on new technology applications

● Liaise with Business Development (BD) team on new product details

● Consolidate new product details and inform team of product completion

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for regional business planning and marketing strategies
• Follow up on the progress of regional business achievement
• Consolidate and prepare regional business progress report
• Assist in Sales Forecast, Sales Enquiries
• Assist in executing the Action Plan (PDCA) of Sales Personnel

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Access and Excel
• Proficient in Japanese to liaise with Japanese clients (JLPT N1)
• Resourceful, meticulous, and independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Salesforce/SNS Marketing/Cost Management and programming will be advantageous
• Experience in sales planning and/or marketing for industrial industry preferred, candidate with no relevant experience but shows keen interest may apply
