Responsibilities：

• Manage and oversee the entire F&B daily operations (Food Retail & Manufacturing) of the business unit or organization.
• Manage and oversee new openings/logistics in Singapore and Overseas shipment (Pre-opening checklist, POS Set up, Telephone lines/ Pest Control, Ordering of Utensils, Liaise with contractors/ Suppliers, relevant authorities/ agencies, Licensees, etc).

• Monitor fleet utilization and recommend adjustments to maximize efficiency.
• Analyse routes and delivery patterns to identify issue and opportunities for planning improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, including vehicle maintenance, safety inspections, and driver and supply assistant hours, working with relevant team to align process.
• Conduct regular safety audits and site visit to develop training plan and inspections provide training on best practices,

• 3+ years of experience in transportation operations, logistics, or a similar role, with proven experience managing a team.
