REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or diploma in IT, computer science or similar from a recognized institution
• Azure, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, FortiNet Certifications a strong asset
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT role

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Facilities Management system, including software applications, databases, servers, and network infrastructure. Ensure system availability, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Configure and customize FCM software to meet business requirements and user needs. Develop and implement system enhancements, workflows, and integrations to improve efficiency and usability.
• Provide technical support and assistance to FCM system users, including troubleshooting issues, resolving queries, and providing guidance on system usage. Conduct user training sessions and develop user documentation to promote system adoption and proficiency.
• Manage data import/export processes, data migration, and integration with other systems, such as ERP, CMMS, and GIS systems. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across FCM and integrated platforms.
• Plan and coordinate system upgrades, patches, and updates for FCM software and hardware components. Conduct testing, validation, and deployment of upgrades to minimize disruption and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
• Implement and enforce security policies, controls, and best practices to protect FCM system assets and data. Monitor system access, audit logs, and security incidents to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with FCM software vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues, coordinate system enhancements, and manage service-level agreements (SLAs). Represent IT infrastructure interests in cross-functional meetings and projects related to FCM system operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of FCM system configurations, procedures, and technical specifications. Develop and maintain knowledge repositories, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for internal users and support teams.

Requirements

• Dual qualifications in Information System and Business Administration are highly desirable
• Experiences with FCM system in terms of consulting, data migration, user training and system support. Knowledge of SAP and Anacle Simplicity are added advantages

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware (including servers, PCs, laptops and mobile devices), software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Perform and troubleshoot hardware/software installations, configurations, and updates

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role
• Proficient in Windows and MacOS and associated hardware, networks and systems
• Experience with basis programming and website design is an added advantage
• Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Experience in cloud infrastructure and solutions
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical support, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
