• Prepares 2D & 3D presentations and design drawings
• Prepares and modifies schematic and production drawings
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs, and authorities' codes and standards as well as develop solutions to technical & design problem
• Compliance with safety regulations and industry standard
• Attending design and construction meetings, to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors
• Proficient in designing Software (AutoCAD etc.)
• Knowledge of construction and contractual procedures, familiar with design specifications and construction drawings
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in a similar role
• Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent

Highlights:

• Contract duration: 6 months contract
• Salary range: $17/hour
• Working location: Bencoolen MRT
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 5pm – 10pm

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 1-2 years of experience in classroom coordination & operations.
• Able to do basic troubleshooting of IT equipment (e.g.: laptop, projector).
• Proficiency in Arabic Language to review Arabic documents.

Key responsibilities:

• Set up classroom logistics for onsite or online lessons.
• Manage refreshments, including setup of refreshments.
• Communicate with instructors and students regarding any ad-hoc adjustments of lesson schedules.
• Communicate and coordinate with substitute instructors.
• Provide admin support for lesson-related activities and other matters.
• Other duties as assigned.
