Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts using ABSS(MYOB), Quick Book and Xero for clients
• Prepare monthly management report and quarterly GST report for client
• Income tax computation and filing for client
• Providing corporate secretarial service to client
• Other add hoc jobs

Requirement:

• - Diploma in Accounting or Higher
• - At least 3 years of relevant working experiences
• - Mandarin Speaking & Chinese Typing is a must, due to the massive connection with mandarin Speaking clients
• - Must be able to handle full set of accounts up to the balance sheet
• - MYOB(ABSS) or Xero accounting software knowledge (Hands-on experience is an advantage)
• - Microsoft office skill is a must
• - Secretary experience is an advantage
• - Possess strong analytical, communication, and good interpersonal skills
• - Pro-active and independent individual, to manage clients independently
• - Team player who is hands-on, meticulous, willing to learn and work beyond job scope when necessary
• - 5-day week (9:00am to 6:00pm)

Accounts Executive

Major duties:

1) Handle Job Cost Accounting and Accounts Payable;

Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)

We are looking for an AP Executive to support our Finance department’s activities.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for billing request and payment processing.

· Perform bank reconciliation, cash flow forecast and monitor cash flow.

· Provide update to stakeholders regarding the progress of billing.

· Perform monthly inter-companies charging and creditors reconciliation.

· Records and maintains CAPEX/FA register including sightings and performs deprecation runs.

· In charge of staff claims processing.

· Supports month end closing activities.

· GST preparation.

· Raise journal (ie. prepayments, accruals, etc).

· Ensure all documents are filed systematically.

· Any ad-hoc finance related assignments as and when required.

Requirements

· Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or relevant field.

· Entry level candidates in related field will be considered for this role as training will be provided.

· Knowledge in using SAP system is preferred.

· Experience with MS Office.

· Organizational skills.
