Job Responsibilities:

• To acknowledge receipt of claims submissions via email from claimant
• Validate completeness of supporting documents (such as invoices/payslips/bank statements etc.) received from claimants
• Ensure accuracy of computations within each claim form and across related forms
• Verify the accuracy of all line items in the grant claim form from grant recipients against supporting documents
• Ensure expenses incurred/grant monies to be disbursed are in line with grant scheme guidelines/fund guides/checklist with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provided
• Liaise directly with claimant to obtain incomplete supporting documents and/or to top up additional supporting documents required
• Identify any irregularities and escalate them for further action
• Complete a checklist for each claim request verified as evidence of items checked and procedures performed
• Track the value of claims received till date per project in the form of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet or other equivalent tracking system

• Min 3 'A' Level passes or a Diploma with 2 years of relevant working experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage day-to-day estate matters, including the inspection, identify building defects, manage & supervise maintenance including improvement works done by contractors.
