• Liaise with Business Units and external parties such lawyers / valuers / insurers.
• Perform checks to ensure legal and security documentation are completed, conditions precedent is fulfilled prior to activation of credit facilities, monitoring of conditions subsequent and ensure that the legal and security documents are being custodized.
• In charge of preparing letters / reports, updating of registers and custodians of documents.
• Manage day-to-day business transactions to ensure that the agreed turnaround time with the business is met
• Ensures accuracy, efficiency and meets the agreed turnaround time with the Business Units while minimizing operational risks and losses.
• Able to contribute to process improvements and participate in ad-hoc projects

• Responsible for simple full set of accounts
• Responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
• Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
• Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills
• Liaise with auditor and tax agent
• HR duties to include work pass application, payroll
• processing, CPF submission staff leave record, S -Pass and E-Pass application
• Banking matters - cheque deposits, token application etc
• Perform training grant application
• Responsible for ensuring clients payment is paid on time
• Photocopying, arrangement and filing of vouchers
• Perform admin related duties and ad-hoc duties

SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL EXECUTIVE

1) Possess a diploma or degree in Architecture.

2) Minimum 4 to 8 years relevant experience.

3) Good knowledge of building regulations and codes.

4) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
