E-commerce Support:

• Prepare and upload product listings with accurate content to e-commerce platforms (Carousell, Shopee, Shopify).
• Manage inventory levels and update listings accordingly.
• Respond to customer inquiries via e-commerce platforms.
  

Customer Service:

• Attend to walk-in customers.
• Answer incoming calls and emails professionally
• Provide general customer support and information regarding orders and products.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or logistics coordination.
• Excellent communication and written skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a small-medium enterprise (SME) is preferred.

Job Requirements

· 1 – 2 years of work experience in relevant field

· Advanced Diploma in Marketing/ Multimedia or related field

· Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram and Tiktok

· Possess a good aesthetic feel, and the ability to assist in photoshoots and video shoots

· Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision

· Good verbal communication and writing skills

· Experience in using Adobe Photoshop

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Prior proven Marketing working experience is a plus
