ABOUT THE ROLE

The digital marketing performance manager holds the accountability of the overall account performance and budget utilization for a portfolio of clients and ensures that the team works cohesively in developing, maintaining and optimizing performance marketing channels. • Identify effective sales leads
• Actively participate high-tech events and know-how of South East Asia market
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of customers in the Asia Pacific market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy and decision-making.
• Sales discipline and activity management in CRM system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in business development, with a focus on S.E.A/APAC region and freight forwarding.
• Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the designated vertical.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and additional language skills relevant to the Asia Pacific region preferred.
