Roles & Responsibilities

• Source Corporate Customers and liaise and deal with Travel Agents, Banks, Airlines, Hotels.
• Provide good after-sales service to ensure high customer ratings
• Ensure fast response rates to all existing and potential customers
• Resolve customer issues
• Manage dissatisfied customers

Minimum Qualifications

• Corporate Sales Experience
• Fluent in English
• Able to communicate well in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak Japanese is highly advantageous
• Travel, event or Automotive Industry

Job Description

The officer will be part of a focused and professional team responsible for the delivery of customer-centric corporate services within the Ministry. Specifically, the officer may be required to work on one or more of the following areas:

Facility/Estate Management

· Provide support in the managing and maintenance of the facilities and equipment in the Ministry, including the procurement of the necessary services and equipment to ensure the Ministry’s operational readiness and business continuity.

· Assist to manage contractors and external parties in the delivery of various services to the Ministry, such as Integrated Facility Management (IFM), equipment maintenance, telecommunications, and pantry supply services.

· Assist in general office administration and support services, including carrying out data analytics, for the smooth running of the Ministry’s offices and process improvements.

General

· Provide logistical support for events and operations, including procurement of equipment and services, and staffing of designated areas.

· Collate returns/requests from other government agencies.

· Assist in procurement and payment processing for the Section, including performing checks on supporting documents for payment of invoices.

· Develop and produce collaterals to support publicity and internal comms efforts

· Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Division Director or Section Head.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years and above in similar capacity of Sales/Marketing
• Good written and oral communication and strong persuasion skills; demonstrate ability to express ideas clearly
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong organization skills and have excellent follow up skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in English proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Possess an existing client base and develop and implement marketing activities to bring in new customers and service existing customer relationships
• Develop effective marketing materials to promote service and value proposition to new and existing customers
• Manage customer portfolio with direct responsibility for negotiating and executing sales transactions -- from quoting, negotiating and close deal.
• Closely follow the companies group policies and procedures
