Overview

Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. The Health Intervention and Policy Evaluation Research Centre (HIPER) (https://hiper.nus.edu.sg/) at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHSPH), NUS, is seeking to hire a postdoctoral fellow to conduct research on health economics and equity under the supervision and mentorship of Professor Richard Cookson (https://sph.nus.edu.sg/faculty-directory/cookson-richard/).

The Postdoctoral Fellow will play a critical role in the development of the Centre’s research to support health policy and services research in Singapore and the region, gaining the opportunity to work with leading experts and policy makers in the field. As well as conducting and disseminating research on health economics and equity through journal publications, the successful candidate will be expected to submit research grant proposals, perform research administration, mentor junior research staff, and be involved in capacity building through conducting workshops for local and regional participants and supporting relevant training activities (e.g. short courses, co-supervision of masters dissertation students). We apply these tools to predict pharmacokinetic profiles in different settings, ranging from oral or transdermal administration to studying special populations such as pregnant women, for a variety of substances including pharmaceuticals, food ingredients, environmental contaminants, essential micronutrients and microbial metabolites. These capabilities are further enhanced with state-of-the-art, enabling technologies such as the SHIME® intestinal digestion simulator and spatial mass spectrometry imaging.

The following tasks are expected of the candidate:

• Literature search to extract relevant ADME data for chemicals of interest
• Perform in vitro absorption, transporter, metabolism, fraction unbound and other related ADME assays

Overview

Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. Job Responsibilities

Requirements

· A degree from a recognized university, with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably within healthcare industry

• Ensure all Health & Safety polcies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting
• Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipments and operations
• Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
• Coordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
• Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are being carried out at all times

Secretariat Functions:

• Maintain PopHealth HQ and RHSO Calendar of Events Maintain a schedule of meetings, ensure they are organized on a timely basis.
• Ensure all meeting proceedings and events are upheld in a timely and professional manner, e.g., ensure quorum, project slides and time keep for an efficient meeting.
• Track submission of presentation materials with stakeholders and circulate agenda materials ahead of meeting for well-planned forum.
• Write accurate and succinct notes of meeting and other needed documentation for timely approval and clearance.

Event management

• Participate actively in the planning and execution of events

Strategic, organisational planning and development:

• Support organizational planning, developmental and implementation activities based on strategic plans.
• With the guidance of team members, analyse Pophealth issues relevant for follow-up and curate agenda to drive discussions.
• Research, plan and provide operational support for management retreats, prepare presentation materials, document templates, reading materials and meeting minutes.
• Support and/or organise PopHealth HQ activities to strengthen the positioning and growth of the Regional Health System.

Non-clinical Incident Reporting:

• Work with stakeholders for incident reporting of non-clinical incidents and facilitate timely and complete submissions.

Reporting to Manager, ILTC, the Position Holder will be responsible for engagement of Intermediate & Long Term Care (ILTC) providers and management of collaborations between NUHS and ILTC providers in the community to enhance care integration and delivery of care in the community.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Regular engagement with key account community partners to improve care integration and delivery of care in the community
• Management of feedback and issues with/from community care partners
• Keeping abreast of developments within ILTC and community care organisations
• Identifying opportunities for strategic collaborations with key partners to improve care integration and augment community care
• Management of collaborations/initiatives/projects to improve care integrations between NUHS and ILTC providers and/or augment community care
• Serving as workgroup/meeting secretariat
• Supporting implementation of NUHS Population Health strategies and regional health plan

Requirements

• Good Class Degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Business Administration or related qualification
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, prior experience in community care or partnerships will be an advantage
• Experienced in project management and working with multiple stakeholders
• Possess confidence to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
• Good analytical and organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
