• Develop and create search-engine optimized campaigns and content catered for on-site and off-site digital channels (including paid social media, paid search, affiliates).
• Plan and execute all digital marketing activities such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display Network, affiliate marketing, retargeting, SEO and other ad platforms to meet revenue KPIs.
• Evaluate the performance of digital marketing activities against goals and generate new insights to further improve upon effectiveness.
• Identify and explore new digital marketing opportunities to increase traffic and sales conversion.
• Work and coordinate with agencies to achieve expected ROAS.
• Partner with internal teams on special projects, campaigns and product launches.
• Reporting: measure and report performance of campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS and KPIs)
• Plan and manage media buy budget, updating and monitoring expenses.
• Conduct market research, channel, audience, topic and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• At least a Degree in Marketing or related field
• At least 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in FMCG and/or retail industry
• Applicants with working experience in similar capacity (e.g. e-commerce advertising) will be highly preferred
• Team Player with positive learning attitude, yet independent with great initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and handle pressure in a very fast-paced environment

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Overlay sales lead for Analytics, AI, and Digital in the APJ region In this role, you will be supporting and overlaying the core sales teams as a subject matter expert and co-responsible for creating and executing a strategic sales plan aligned with the goals of the International CEA and Digital organization. Reporting to the Director for APJ, ME, and ANZ, you will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue for client's AI, Analytics, and Digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with the objectives of the International CEA and Digital organization.
• Sales Revenue Management: Drive and manage sales revenue for client's AI, Analytics, and Digital solutions in the APAC region, excluding ANZ.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with core selling teams and dedicated PreSales personnel for Digital and Analytics to ensure seamless integration and effective sales processes.
