Requirements:

• Degree / Master in Computer Science/ Embedded Systems / Computer Engineering / Electrical Electronic Engineering with concentration in the areas of Embedded Software engineering

• Minimum 8 years of experience in developing Real Time Embedded Systems.

• Strong knowledge in programming language: C, C++

• Posses certification in CERT Secure Coding in C and C++

• Have strong knowledge in Industrial Automation, PLC Programming

• Have Experience with programming 32 bits Microcontroller (ARM or ColdFire is preferred) and developing low level device driver.

Job Description

This role is part of the Process & Business Technology team to improve operational management systems. The incumbent is responsible for the streamlining of existing processes as well as the formulation and deployment of new technology projects driven by the unit.

He/she is expected to:

• Provide end to end support on in-store related applications/ systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketing Support

3. Marketing Apps Maintenance

- Manage ongoing maintenance and updates for mobile apps (eg Food Service CRM, Food Service ordering app, Merchandiser App) with external agency. This include bug fixes, feature enhancements, platform optimization.

- Monitor app performance, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile apps. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs to enhance overall user experience.

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting

- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to communicate sales and marketing performance.

Growth Marketing Manager (Singapore)

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll work with the APAC division of one of the largest video-sharing platforms with a growing community of video creators and consumers. Your work is instrumental in identifying opportunities to develop the Creator Community in the region and will result in more Creators considering video-sharing as a platform for growing their audience and expressing their creativity. 

You’re someone with an experimentation mindset and will be leading growth marketing initiatives to accelerate creator growth and retention in key markets. Working closely with product marketing managers, data scientists, strategists and experts, you will be evolving our approaches and providing growth hacks and solutions to transform the business.

Role:

• Develop acquisition and retention strategies to drive product adoption and growth via our own and operated platforms (e.g. in-app notifications, email)
• Analyse marketing and product funnels to identify opportunities and build audience segmentation to drive step-changes in creator and revenue growth.
• Define marketing channel mix and use lifecycle marketing principles to create personalised and engaging experiences for creators. 
• Design and execute campaign strategy by working closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to develop creatives and content. 
• Generate and structure plans to execute projects, manage project priorities and allocation of resources within the project. 
• Monitor and analyse key metrics and KPIs for growth and lifecycle marketing campaigns, such as product adoption rate, open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, retention rate, churn rate, etc.
• Collaborate with global, regional, local and cross-functional teams to design growth experiments and A/B testing initiatives, leveraging user feedback and behavioural data to inform iterative improvements and optimise the product-market fit. 

• Stay informed about, communicate, and apply new or current trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.

You:

• Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of professional experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing strategy. 
• Two+ years of experience in the technology industry or a deep understanding of the technological landscape is a nice to have but not an imperative. 
• Strong understanding of growth concepts, user journey optimisation and experimentation frameworks with hands-on experience in developing marketing campaigns based on personas and segmentation cohorts
• Creative expertise, understanding of creative strategy and production process
• Understand the attribution of marketing data (e.g. multi-touch attribution, cannibalisation optimisation, marginal efficiency, etc.)
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, a deep understanding of marketing measurement and revenue models (e.g. LTV, ROI etc.)  is a nice to have but not an imperative for this role. 
• Passion for the web video/video-sharing ecosystem and digital culture. Understand video-sharing platforms its creators and identify opportunities to celebrate the creator community.
• Strong project management, ability to work across project teams on several projects at once, and previous experience working with agencies
• Sensitive to data with strong analytical skills, maintains curiosity and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, ability to cope with work pressure, have top-level awareness and ability to pinpoint and overcome challenges.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects across JAPAC.
