Join our Portfolio Performance Group and gain exposure to a wide range of specialist portfolio company functions. You will work alongside investment teams and portfolio companies supporting various initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. The Portfolio Performance Group has been established to enhance our traditional active approach to managing and driving performance of portfolio companies with functional experts across Transformation and Operations, WHS, Human Capital, Sustainability, Procurement, IT and Cyber Security.

What role will you play?
Working closely with our functional experts across specializations, you will help identify key risks and opportunities in the portfolio and work with investment teams and portfolio company management to implement initiatives to address them. You will be actively involved in live transactions and ongoing projects to deliver functional priorities with a data-driven decision-making approach. You will do this through deep dive insight generation and analysis, partnering with asset management teams to validate submissions and assess discrepancies, and coordinating ad hoc projects to ensure on-time and in-budget delivery.
You will also support the development and maintenance of PPG systems and materials such as playbooks and case studies, as well as managing PPG’s panel of preferred suppliers, including coordinating RFPs (request for proposal) and benchmarking suppliers.
What you offer
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, management consulting or a project coordinator role
· Academic background in finance or business related disciplines
· A numerate storyteller with proficiency in databases, PowerPoint and visualization tools
· Excellent organization and time management skills with good attention to detail
· Self-motivated, creative and flexible, enjoys and thrives in diversity and ambiguity
· Strong business acumen with genuine interest and proven ability to develop trust-based relationships at multiple levels within an organization.
