Requirements

• Min Diploma in Information Technology
• End User support Min 2 years’ experience preferable with trading floor experience a plus
• Required to work on shift work Mon to Fris ( 7am – 4pm & 10am – 7pm)
• Required for Singapore holiday support ( 2-3 times in a year and rotated within the team members )
• Must be able to do OT and weekend work as required ( Not frequent)
• Excellent Communication skills (required to support traders, bankers from US/ UK
