Responsibilities
· Order Management and fulfilment.
· Responsible for the order entry and management of customer orders
· Monitor receiving of LC from customers, check LC compliance, request LC amendment if needed.
· Preparation of export documents in accordance to LC requirements / Customer’s requirement / DA / DP thru Bank
· Monitor credit limit of customer and liaise with HQ on credit assessment
· Coordinating with Bank to ensure original documents are delivered to customer’s bank.
· Manage the process of order entry and review open orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
· Correspond with suppliers, shipping company, inter-office and customers pertaining to shipments
· Ensure appropriate control of customer’s payment terms in conformance with company guidelines.
· Process commission note, credit and debit note.
· Filing all order files.
Job requirements
· Diploma and/ or equivalent in Supply Chain/ Logistics.
· Possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in handling shipping documents for International Trade.
· Able to handle high volume of transaction.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Independent and able to work as a team player.
