Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to design and deliver best-in-class server, storage, and trading platforms for clients and internal infrastructure in line with company standards and strategic framework. Position Overview

Reporting to the Team Lead of the Security Operations Center, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring and responding to potential security-related risks targeting the Group. Responsibilities:

• Provide Maintenance and Operation Support for Data Center Common Infrastructure.
• Assess & implement SR/CR within the stipulated SLA.
• Provide supporting documentation, reports, and other information to management.
• Support and verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
• Assist in problem/incident resolution and determination.

Skills/Requirement

• Must have technical knowledge of Data centers, virtualization, and cloud technology -VMWare, AWS, Azure.
• Must have technical knowledge red hat Linux and Windows Server Operating Systems.
• Knowledge of ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Patch Management.
• Knowledge of IT lifecycle management.

• Provide feedback to flow development team for company flow enhancement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science and above degree with microelectronics background.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
• Be able to demonstrate you have the ability to prioritise, organise work, meet deadlines, multitask.
• Good communication and teamwork, able to work under pressure.

Duties:

• Responsible for physical design, development for variety of SoC(System On Chip) and tapeout.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage new-hire paperwork and schedules, working with departments for seamless onboarding.
• Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, offboarding, orientations, and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies during local audits and statutory reviews.
• Provide support to employees on issues such as absences, health, conduct, grievances, and organizational changes.
• Backup for Singapore & Regional payroll processing by updating employee files, managing payments, and handling benefits.
• Aid in communicating and interpreting the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart.
• Keep the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart current, and help develop and refine HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder and above
• 4-5 years of generalist experience
• Experience in manufacturing industry will have added advantageous
• Prior experience in managing payroll will be an added advantageous
• Familiar with Employment Act, local laws and regulations
